Visa symbol<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Pursuant to Article 8\u00a0<a style=\"color: #000000;\" href=\"https:\/\/thuvienphapluat.vn\/van-ban\/Xuat-nhap-khau\/Luat-Nhap-canh-xuat-canh-qua-canh-cu-tru-cua-nguoi-nuoc-ngoai-tai-Viet-Nam-2014-238649.aspx\">Law on Entry, Exit, Transit, and Residence of Foreigners in Vietnam 2014<\/a>\u00a0<a style=\"color: #000000;\" href=\"https:\/\/thuvienphapluat.vn\/van-ban\/Xuat-nhap-khau\/Luat-Nhap-canh-xuat-canh-qua-canh-cu-tru-cua-nguoi-nuoc-ngoai-tai-Viet-Nam-2014-238649.aspx\">S<\/a><a style=\"color: #000000;\" href=\"https:\/\/thuvienphapluat.vn\/van-ban\/Quyen-dan-su\/Luat-Nhap-canh-xuat-canh-qua-canh-cu-tru-cua-nguoi-nuoc-ngoai-tai-Viet-Nam-sua-doi-2019-422706.aspx\">Changed 2019<\/a>\u00a0Regulations on visa symbols are as follows:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>NG1<\/strong> \u2013 Issued to members of the delegation invited by the General Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam, the President, the President of the National Assembly, the Prime Minister.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>NG2<\/strong> \u2013 Issued to members of the delegation invited by the Standing Committee of the Secretariat of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam, the Vice President of the State, the Vice President of the National Assembly, the Deputy Prime Minister, the Chairman of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Nam, Chief Justice of the Supreme People&#039;s Court, Director of the Supreme People&#039;s Procuracy, State Auditor General; members of guest delegations of the same level of ministers and equivalents, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the City Party Committee, President of the People&#039;s Council, President of the People&#039;s Committee of the province or city directly under the Central Government.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>NG3<\/strong> \u2013 Issued to members of diplomatic missions, consular offices, representative offices of international organizations of the United Nations, representative offices of intergovernmental organizations and their spouses, children under 18 years of age, helper along with the term.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>NG4<\/strong> \u2013 Issued to people entering to work with diplomatic missions, consular offices, representative offices of international organizations of the United Nations, representative offices of intergovernmental organizations and spouses, children under 18 age together; visitors to members of diplomatic missions, consular offices, representative offices of international organizations of the United Nations, representative offices of intergovernmental organizations.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>LV1<\/strong> \u2013 Issued to people working with departments, agencies, and units directly under the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam; National Assembly, Government, Central Committee of Vietnam Fatherland Front, Supreme People&#039;s Court, Supreme People&#039;s Procuracy, State Audit, ministries, ministerial-level agencies, Governmental agencies ; Provincial Party Committee, City Party Committee, People&#039;s Council, People&#039;s Committee of provinces and centrally run cities.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>LV2<\/strong> \u2013 Issued to people working with socio-political organizations, social organizations, and the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>LS<\/strong> \u2013 Issued to foreign lawyers practicing in Vietnam.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Phone 1<\/strong> \u2013 Issued to foreign investors in Vietnam and representatives of foreign organizations investing in Vietnam with a contributed capital of VND 100 billion or more or investing in investment-preferred industries or areas. Investment incentives are decided by the Government.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Phone2<\/strong> \u2013 Issued to foreign investors in Vietnam and representatives of foreign organizations investing in Vietnam with a contributed capital of between VND 50 billion and under VND 100 billion or investing in industries or professions that encourage investment. development is decided by the Government.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>DT3<\/strong> \u2013 Issued to foreign investors in Vietnam and representatives of foreign organizations investing in Vietnam with contributed capital worth from 03 billion VND to less than 50 billion VND.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Phone4<\/strong> \u2013 Issued to foreign investors in Vietnam and representatives of foreign organizations investing in Vietnam with contributed capital worth less than 03 billion VND.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>DN1<\/strong> \u2013 Issued to foreigners working with businesses and other organizations with legal status according to Vietnamese law.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>DN2<\/strong> \u2013 Issued to foreigners offering services, establishing a commercial presence, and performing other activities according to international treaties to which Vietnam is a member.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>NN1<\/strong> \u2013 Issued to people who are Heads of representative offices or projects of international organizations and foreign non-governmental organizations in Vietnam.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>NN2<\/strong> \u2013 Issued to heads of representative offices, branches of foreign traders, representative offices of foreign economic, cultural and other professional organizations in Vietnam.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>NN3<\/strong> \u2013 Issued to people working with foreign non-governmental organizations, representative offices, branches of foreign traders, representative offices of economic, cultural and other foreign professional organizations in Vietnam.
